Looking to hire a
Senior Sales Executive
with strong experience in theFacade Cleaning industry in the UAE
.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' proven experience
in facade cleaning / building maintenance sales within the UAE Strongknowledge of estimation, costing, and tender preparation
Demonstratedtrack record of achieving sales targets
ValidUAE driving license
(mandatory) Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Generate and close new business for facade cleaning and maintenance services Prepare accurate estimates and commercial proposals Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants, and facility management companies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
