CGS - Caribbean Global Shipping LLC is seeking adynamic and results-driven Sales Executive
withminimum 3+ years of experience in Shipping & Freight Forwarding within the UAE
. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an existing client base, and the ability to drive business growth across logistics solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new and existing clients in the UAE freight forwarding market Promote freight services including
Sea, Air, and Land Transportation
Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and rate negotiations Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipments Maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, and overseas agents Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategiesRequirements:
Minimum
2 - 3
+ years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping in UAE
Strong understanding ofimport & export
Existing customer database is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently.Benefits:
