Job Summary!



We are looking for a results-driven

Senior Sales Executive

to lead revenue growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring junior sales staff. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Facility Management services Manage and expand relationships with key clients and strategic accounts Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics Collaborate with marketing, service, and leadership teams Mentor and guide junior sales executives

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years' experience in sales



Expertise in closing deals on high level

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong CRM and MS Office proficiency Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
