Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with significant expertise in the Carpet, LVT, SPC, Vinyl Flooring, Gym and Sports flooring industries. The ideal applicant should have a solid network and proven sales track record of driving sales growth with Interior designers, Fit-out Companies, Contractors and end users.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients within the Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, and educational sector, specifically offices, hospitals, colleges, gyms, resorts and hotels for our flooring solutions.

Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers.

Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and drive sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Ensure regular and formidable follow-ups on existing clientele/projects.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our flooring products.

Work independently and collaboratively with a team to manage projects.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the soft flooring industry with strong association with interior designers, fit-out companies, consultants, architects, and contractors preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, English is a must.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Knowledge of different flooring materials and applications.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients as required. Having their own vehicle is an advantage.

Proficient computer skills with expertise in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

UAE market knowledge.

We are offering a base salary of AED 10,000-12,000 per month based on experience, plus high commission. Other benefits such as Mobile, Petrol, Parking bills, etc. will also be provided by the company.
