Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Retail Sales Specialist at AnYahh!! art. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing outstanding customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Other responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, processing payments, and answering customer queries. The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. Knowledge about paintings is a must. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store. Experience in the home decor industry/art industry/ luxury sales is a must

Salary bracket is between AED 3000-5000 PM (NEGOTIABLE).

Valid UAE driving licence is a must

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail sales. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met Hard direct-push sales Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing. Fulfil targets assigned to them. Assigns duties to relevant employees Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations Track and manage inventory at store
Qualifications

3 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson Strong customer service, management and communication skills
