results-driven Senior Sales Executive

with proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious business goals.

About the Role

The

Senior Sales Executive

will play a key leadership role in developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring the junior sales team, and driving consistent revenue growth. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop, execute, and monitor effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead, mentor, and motivate junior sales staff to achieve collective monthly sales targets.

Target Achievement:

Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds the monthly sales goal of

AED 50,000

.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales performance and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

4-5 years

of proven experience in

sales, business development, or client acquisition

(preferably in digital marketing or advertising). Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills. Demonstrated

leadership experience

managing or coordinating a sales team. Ability to

work under pressure

and meet tight deadlines. Highly adaptable and able to align with company standards within the first month.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

AED

15,000 per month

(applicable upon achieving the monthly sales target).

Probation Period:

1-month training and performance evaluation.
