About Us:

We are a growing accounting and bookkeeping firm offering professional financial services to SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive who can promote our services, build client relationships, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Pitch accounting and bookkeeping services to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers. Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and consultations. Understand client needs and offer customized service packages. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software. Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in accounting, financial services, or SaaS. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. Ability to work independently and in a team. Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Previous experience selling professional or financial services. Understanding of UAE VAT, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero) is an advantage.
