2. Market Intelligence & Business Development
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences across the UAE.
Provide insights on potential products, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and partnerships.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and clients.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
4. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in line with company policies.
Assist with compliance and audit-related processes when required.
