Job Purpose:

We are seeking a results-driven, strategically minded Senior

Sales Executive

to lead and grow our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), warranty, and paid service business lines. This role will oversee field service operations, drive customer satisfaction and profitability, and implement scalable service processes across our divisions. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, strong relationships with customers and vendors, and a proven ability to convert service activities into revenue while upholding safety, quality, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Revenue Growth



o Lead the strategic development of AMC, warranty, and paid service offerings across UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

o Identify and pursue new service-based business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.

o Schedule and conduct field visits to generate service-driven sales (warranty, paid service, AMC) and convert opportunities to signed contracts.

o Develop pricing strategies for paid services and manage AMC renewals (initiated 3 months prior to expiration).

Operations & Profitability



o Oversee AMC, warranty, and paid service operations ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

o Set department goals aligned with the annual budget; monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed.

o Review daily activity schedules to optimize resource utilization (technicians, parts, and travel).

o Coordinate with Parts for inventory and reorder levels to ensure timely part availability.

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management



o Conduct monthly warranty reviews; ensure vendor compliance and address repeat claims; report root causes to management.

o Monitor and address manufacturer defects; keep management informed with actionable insights.

o Implement and maintain customer interaction guidelines; handle complaints per policy.

o Promote safety: enforce PPE usage, proper tools, site safety checks, and safety gear acknowledgments.

Customer Relationship Management



o Maintain strong customer relationships, aiming for high satisfaction, appreciation, and references.

o Conduct quarterly on-site audits for AMC customers and lead quarterly cross-department reviews.

o Provide technical support to close service jobs quickly and arrange site visits as needed.

o Develop and nurture client trust to secure long-term partnerships and referrals.

Service Excellence & Training



o Ensure technicians' preventive maintenance (PM) adherence and continuous knowledge upgrade for all laundry equipment.

o Organize regular training sessions to uplift service capabilities and product knowledge.

o Review and optimize service processes; implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



o Coordinate with project handover teams to mobilize resources (parts, labor) for new projects or escalations.

o Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Field Service, and Finance to ensure cohesive service delivery and timely invoicing.

Qualifications:



Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (Added advantage).

Experience in service management (AMC, warranty, field service preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Proficiency with MS Office 365 business Central / ERP / SAP related software's.

Work Environment: Office-based with field site visits; travel as needed.
