We're Hiring - Senior Sales Executive/Manager | Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive/Manager to lead and expand our private label and branded product partnerships across retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
Location: Dubai - Candidates must be based in Dubai to apply.
Salary Range: AED 10,000 - 15,000 per month
Experience: 6-10 years in B2B/FMCG sales, ideally within personal care or hygiene industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B opportunities for product development and contract manufacturing
Lead sales initiatives with retailers (pharmacies, supermarkets), HORECA clients, and distributors
.Achieve revenue targets and expand market reach
.Work with R&D and marketing on new product launches
.Mentor junior sales team members
Must-Haves:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Existing relationships with distributors, retailers, and HORECA clients
Understanding of MOQs, lead times, and packaging in private label
Background in export markets or e-commerce retail is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
