Role Overview
We are looking for a
professional and highly organized Senior Sales Executive
to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring their own client network, manage the full sales cycle, and play a key role in developing MBT's project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage client relationships across contractors, consultants, and developers.
Develop new business opportunities .
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Provide regular
sales reports and market feedback
to management.
Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related fields
Strong ability to understand quotations, technical details, and project requirements.
Proven track record of generating business and closing projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Salary : AED 8,000-10,000 + commission structure.
