The Role

Position Title:

Senior Sales Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers. : ? Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and reporting results to management. ? Lead digital marketing, promotions, and market research to grow market share and strengthen brand reputation. ? Manage client relations, resolve complaints, and coordinate with agents, government entities, and internal departments. ? Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of sales staff to enhance team efficiency and results.



Requirements

Qualifications:

? Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities, 45 years old and below. ? At least 5 years of experience in the same field. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
