with proven leadership skills, sales maturity, and the ability to drive a team toward ambitious goals.Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.Team Management & Coordination:
Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior sales staff to achieve collective sales targets.Target Achievement & Tracking:
Ensure the team consistently meets the monthly target of AED 50,000.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of proven sales experience (senior-level preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Leadership and team coordination experience Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Adaptability to align with company standards within the first month
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
AED 10,000/month (upon achieving sales target)Probation Period:
1 MonthVisa:
