Job Summary

Acamind is seeking a

Sales Executive

with experience in the

education and training sector

to promote our

retail training programs

. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to enrollment--while coordinating with trainers, students, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with leads (calls, emails, walk-ins, social media) Promote and sell retail-related training programs Handle complete enrollment process, including

fee collection and CRM updates

Follow up on pending payments and manage monthly collections Schedule training sessions, arrange classrooms, and ensure trainer-student coordination Participate in social media campaigns and support marketing efforts Maintain client relationships and ensure student satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of sales experience

in the

education/training industry

Bachelor's degree

(required) Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Proven sales record and ability to meet targets CRM proficiency Experience in fee follow-up and academic coordination Based in Dubai and able to join immediately (preferred)
