Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing business opportunities in consumables for Joinery units (woodworking factories) across the region. This role involves building strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients, maintaining an up-to-date customer database, and contributing to the growth of our product portfolio within the woodworking industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the woodworking and joinery sector across the UAE.
Promote and sell consumables such as Woodworking Machines, Spare Parts, adhesives, polymers, and related products to woodworking factories and joinery units.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and gather insights on market trends and competition.
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date customer database, including sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and market demand.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales within the UAE market, preferably in the woodworking industry.
Industry Background: Experience in Spare Parts, adhesives, or similar consumables is highly advantageous.
License: Valid UAE driver's license is required.
Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Skills: Strong networking, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Sales Performance: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
