Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and customized logistics solutions.
Understand client shipping requirements and recommend the most suitable freight solutions (Air, Sea, Road, Customs Clearance, Warehousing).
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Prepare and deliver quotes, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or internal reporting tools.
