We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our company in the UAE market by identifying new business opportunities, building strong
client relationships and promoting our portfolio solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Track and report on the status of proposal components
Conduct ongoing market research
Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Prepare and submit sales contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in any of the field: construction, sanitaryware, ironmongery and electrical fittings.
Demonstrated success in generating and closing business deals within the UAE market.
Strong network within the UAE public and private sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
A valid UAE driving license.
Salary starting from AED 3,000 plus commission.
