Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential hotel clients to promote our range of hotel supply products.
Present product solutions including bed & bath linen, guest amenities, and housekeeping items.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and outstanding service.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate sample submissions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer information.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven sales experience in hotel or hospitality supplies.
In-depth knowledge of hotel linen, amenities, and related products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing client portfolio in the hotel or hospitality sector.
Understanding of local/international hotel product standards.
Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
