Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients for our ISO consultancy services. This role requires a deep understanding of ISO standards, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for ISO consultancy services through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their ISO certification requirements and challenges. Present compelling proposals and tailored solutions that highlight the benefits and value of Eiger Marvel's ISO consultancy services. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling other services. Collaborate with the ISO consultancy team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and client information in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs consistently. Stay abreast of the latest ISO standards, industry regulations, and market trends to effectively advise clients. Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions as required.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 2-3 years of proven, well-known experience in sales, specifically in selling ISO consultancy services or similar B2B professional services. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of various ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
