Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategic sales initiatives. Provide feedback and insights to management for improving products, services, and processes. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales. Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
