Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
