Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and client referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, lighting designers, and procurement professionals. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills



02 years of experience in the lighting industry is mandatory Strong knowledge of lighting products (LED, architectural lighting, controls, etc.) and their applications. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
