About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and energetic

Sales Agents

to join our dynamic team in the UAE banking sector. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, accounts, and other financial services, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate leads and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, outdoor promotions, and referrals. Promote and sell banking products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, accounts) to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct product presentations to potential clients, clearly explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Accurately complete applications and submit all required documentation as per bank compliance policies. Stay updated on product knowledge, banking regulations, and market trends. Work closely with the team leader and management to achieve individual and team sales goals. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year

of experience in banking sales, preferably in credit cards, loans, or financial products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage. UAE banking market experience is preferred. Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
