across sectors such as construction, MEP, industrial, O&M dealers, garages, and government entities. This role is critical to boosting annual sales, energizing the team, and managing new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
A.
Market Development & Lead Generation
Identify customer needs and segment opportunities.
Conduct market research to generate new leads and prospects.
Expand business by cross-selling and upselling automotive products and services.
Build and maintain a strong network of profitable clients.
B.
Sales Execution & Tender Coordination
Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents within deadlines.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
Ensure proper documentation including invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
C.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand short- and medium-term needs.
Collect feedback and resolve complaints in coordination with the Head of Sales.
Track and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
D.
Sales Coordination & Support
Collaborate with logistics and accounts teams for order fulfillment.
Ensure credit applications are processed for new clients.
Monitor delivery progress and update clients accordingly.
E.
Collections & Claims Management
Track outstanding payments and follow up for timely collection.
Handle customer claims and coordinate with logistics and accounts for resolution.
Report recurring issues and claims in weekly meetings.
F.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Support junior sales staff with guidance and best practices.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and team performance improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience in automotive or industrial sales
Valid Qatari driving license
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
