Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for logistics and freight forwarding services.
Drive end-to-end sales processes -- from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct regular market visits and build strong customer relationships.
Actively represent the company in client meetings and discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services sold.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress.
Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the logistics/freight forwarding sector (Qatar market experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Qatar Driving License is an advantage, but not mandatory.
