We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business development and sales of composite materials and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of composites (FRP, CFRP, GFRP, etc.), a proven sales track record, and the ability to build strong customer relationships in industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine, construction, and wind energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the composites sector.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate composite solutions.
Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions.
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in composites or industrial materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical knowledge of composite materials and applications is an advantage.
Willingness to travel as needed.
