Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Key Account Executive

with strong experience in managing and developing long-term relationships within the

building materials and interior design industry

.
This role focuses primarily on

account retention, repeat business, client satisfaction

, and expanding business opportunities with existing clients, while also identifying selective new project leads when required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture key client accounts

, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the

main point of contact

for architects, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and procurement teams. Understand client project requirements and recommend appropriate material and product solutions. Coordinate with internal teams -- procurement, technical, logistics, and finance -- to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and review proposals, quotations, material submissions, and project documentation. Track ongoing project pipelines, timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules. Conduct periodic

client review meetings

to strengthen relationships and identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support positioning and pricing strategies. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set realistic account growth targets and achieve revenue goals. Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, visit logs, and forecast updates.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 10 years

experience in Key Account Management within building materials, interior fit-out, construction supplies, or related sectors. Strong portfolio of relationships with

architects, contractors, interior designers, and project consultants

. Excellent communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of project workflows, BOQs, material approvals, and procurement processes. Ability to

handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

with strong ownership mindset. UAE Driving License .

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven track record in

client relationship retention and account revenue growth

. Experience coordinating with internal project teams and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
