Requirements:
Minimum
4+ years of field sales experience
in building materials, timber, plywood, or hardware within the UAE.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Solid understanding of the
Dubai/UAE construction and building materials market
.
Valid UAE driving license
is required.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Fluent in
English
; knowledge of
Arabic or Hindi
is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Basic familiarity with
CRM tools or sales tracking software
