Outdoor Salesmen
to join our expanding teams in both
Building Materials Trading
and
Interior Design & Fit-Out
services. This role requires proven field sales experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a wide range of
hardware, sanitaryware, building materials
, and
interior fit-out solutions
.
Identify and engage new clients including contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, design, estimation, and accounts) for order processing and project execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
in
outdoor sales
related to
building materials and/or interior fit-out
.
Valid UAE Driving License
is
mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction, design, or fit-out market and a good client network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
