Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Toys Division) with proven experience in the modern trade segment.

The ideal candidate will manage key accounts with leading retail chains, ensure strong visibility across stores, and actively drive new customer acquisition within the modern trade market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all Modern Trade customers. Build new business relationships and expand the modern trade customer network. Handle the A to Z of sales for the toys category--from lead generation to final invoicing. Negotiate distribution terms, visibility plans, and promotions with buyers and category heads. Ensure stock availability, timely delivery, and proper merchandising at store level. Coordinate closely with the accounts, warehouse, and marketing teams for smooth execution. Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to boost market share.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in toys sales, with a strong background in modern trade outlets. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Email, Excel, and Tally or similar accounting tools. Strong negotiation, analytical, and client management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in building partnerships. Immediate joiners preferred.
