Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities.
Develop strategic sales plans to expand the company's footprint regionally or globally.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Establish partnerships with event planners, corporate HR teams, or gifting companies to boost bulk chocolate sales.
Collaborate with marketing for co-branded initiatives, seasonal promotions, or festive launches.
4. Sales Planning & Forecasting
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and budgets.
Track sales targets and KPIs; provide insights for improvement and growth.
5. Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated with the company's chocolate range, new launches, and value propositions.
Communicate product USPs effectively to clients, including ingredients, packaging, and customization options.
6. Trade Shows & Events
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate gifting expos to network and generate leads.
7. After-Sales Service
Ensure a smooth post-sale experience by coordinating deliveries, resolving complaints, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
