We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with extensive HORECA experience, particularly in the bakery industry. This role focuses on driving new businesses and achieving sales revenue targets through successful relationship-building and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in expanding B2B business within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus and identify new business opportunities and conduct thorough market research to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and support for customer product development needs.
Collaborate with customers for NPD--new product development that will cater to their needs and achieve and exceed sales revenue goals, with a focus on volume and profitability.
Review customer order volumes, provide feedback on target achievements, and discuss actionable solutions to drive growth.
Conduct tailored presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations in line with customer requirements.
Lead negotiations on pricing, cost structures, product mix, and logistics to align with customer and company goals.
Address and resolve customer complaints, implementing recovery strategies to maintain satisfaction.
Work with the finance team to manage customer payments and cheque collections.
Proactively seek new business through cold calling, meeting arrangements, and networking.
Requirements:
1. The candidate must have a t least 4-6 years of experience in HORECA sector in UAE.
2. Must have a good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
