Job Description

Job Purpose:

To achieve sales targets and business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective distribution and visibility of non-food FMCG products across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets in modern trade, general trade, and institutional channels. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territories. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance. Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals with customers to maximize profitability. Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and trade promotions to enhance brand visibility. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards. Train and mentor junior sales staff where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in FMCG (non-food) sales, preferably in UAE/GCC markets. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Strong understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, and trade marketing. Valid UAE driving license id mandatory.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Analytical and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
