Senior Sales Executive

who can drive sales, manage store operations, and ensure our retail standards are met at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and maximum productivity. Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management. Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth retail experience. Train and guide junior staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and displays meet brand standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Supervisor in

perfume retail or luxury retail industry

. Strong sales track record with the ability to deliver consistent results. Excellent leadership and staff management skills. Good knowledge of inventory control and retail operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
