Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Senior Executive - Sales

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have

prior experience in building materials trading

, excellent market knowledge, and strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Follow up on receivables and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements:



Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in

building materials trading

. Proven track record in business development and sales achievements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
