Job Summary:
Your primary goal: generate new business and grow our services revenue pipeline.
You will identify prospects, create awareness, uncover needs, and convert opportunities into signed projects and long-term customers.
This role requires strong energy, curiosity about engineering, and a creative mindset for finding ways to reach and influence decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Hunting:
Identify and engage new clients across the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors using every available tool -- Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Opportunity Creation:
Understand client environments, detect pain points, and
generate the need
for engineering simulation, consulting, and training services.
Pipeline Development:
Build, manage, and grow a solid sales funnel -- from cold lead to contract signature.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct discovery meetings to identify business challenges and position QuantaSim as a trusted technical partner.
Proposal Ownership:
Work with technical teams to shape offers, define scope, pricing, and commercial strategy.
Deal Closing:
Negotiate, overcome objections, and close opportunities -- with support from senior management when needed.
Account Intelligence:
Map organizations, understand buying processes, and build multi-level relationships with influencers and decision-makers.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to align campaigns, events, and proposals with customer needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or Civil)
, or
MBA with technical sales experience
.
5-8 years of B2B sales experience
in engineering, consulting, or software (simulation, design, or industrial services preferred).
Proven
hunter profile
- you love prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals.
Experience using
Salesforce CRM
and digital tools to track pipeline and activity metrics.
Understanding of
CAE / Simulation / Engineering Services
is a strong advantage.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
A self-starter mindset, driven by results and challenge.
