This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee client relationship management, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, leading sales negotiations, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves fostering relationships with key stakeholders and analyzing competitive trends to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales, prospecting, and client relationship management
5+ years of experience in polystyrene, construction, insulation or packaging industry
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of the construction, insulation or packaging industry is highly preferred
Proficiency in market analysis, competitive research, and decision-making
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while achieving individual goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in sales roles within the UAE or GCC region is an advantage
Motivation to build long-term partnerships and achieve structured growth
