Emirtech Technology, established in 2012, is a leading provider of Networking & Security Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Software Solutions, Home Automation, and Smart Technology across the UAE. With a strong reputation for innovation and quality service, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, Security Solutions, and Software markets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review. Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve team performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in IT & Security Solutions, Software, or related industries. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Cloud Solutions, and Business Software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE market experience is mandatory; valid UAE driving license preferred. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
