Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional luxury selling experience by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and refined interpersonal skills. Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business success. Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, maintaining a strong client book and ensuring repeat business. Provide expert advice on product heritage, materials (diamonds, gemstones), and trends within the luxury market. Handle after-sales service with professionalism, adhering to repair, return, and follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the brand with poise and elegance, embodying its values in every client interaction.

Candidate Profile

Proven Experience:

Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry sales, with extensive knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.

Passion for Luxury:

Genuine enthusiasm for luxury jewelry, craftsmanship, and client experience.

Sales Excellence:

Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

Languages:

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Customer-Centric:

Exceptional service and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client needs.

Team-Oriented:

Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to support team success.
