What you will do The Senior Sales Engineer, BMS Systems will be reporting directly to the Associate Sales Director, UAE and will be based in Dubai. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in Dubai & Northern Emirates across the BMS portfolio.
You will be concentrated on selling Annual Maintenance Contracts & Retrofit Solutions and growing our market share with new clienteles which includes end users. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
How you will do it As a Senior Sales Engineer you will seek, qualify, and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high-quality proposals, and also take part in tendering and bidding process. You\xe2\x80\x99ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, demonstrating your market understanding of our competitor\xe2\x80\x99s strategies, products, and services.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You\xe2\x80\x99re driven and consistent in your approach to work, running multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.

What we look for Required
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
Minimum of years 10 experience in selling BMS Solutions in GCC Market
Consistent track record of involvement in designing technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions
Consistent track record of handling Key accounts within GCC region
Consistent track record of achieving sales within the GCC market
Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
Proficient language skills in English
Preferred
Minimum of years 10 experience in selling BMS Solutions in Dubai & Northern Emirates market
