Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring high levels of performance.
Oversee sales operations, processes, and client relationship management to ensure smooth execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market conditions to senior management.
Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and development teams to align project launches and sales campaigns.
Drive sales during project launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure full compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels to support company growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Deep understanding of UAE real estate developers, projects, and market dynamics.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
