The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our F&B production solutions to clients in the food and beverage industry. The primary goal of this role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. This role requires in-depth knowledge of F&B production processes and a proven track record in sales.
Principal Accountabilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the F&B production sector.
Set targets for the sales department.
Identify and prioritize key clients and prospects for business development efforts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Business Development & Deal Closure
Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
Conduct thorough research to understand clients \' F&B production requirements and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our F&B production solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address client needs and enhance customer experience.
- Industry Expertise
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to F&B production sales.
Share industry insights and knowledge with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Bachelor \'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role within the F&B production industry.
In-depth knowledge of F&B production processes, equipment, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes in the food industry and with CRM programs
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
