Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our F&B production solutions to clients in the food and beverage industry. The primary goal of this role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. This role requires in-depth knowledge of F&B production processes and a proven track record in sales.

Principal Accountabilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the F&B production sector.
  • Set targets for the sales department.
  • Identify and prioritize key clients and prospects for business development efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Business Development & Deal Closure
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand clients \' F&B production requirements and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our F&B production solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address client needs and enhance customer experience.
- Industry Expertise
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to F&B production sales.
  • Share industry insights and knowledge with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Bachelor \'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role within the F&B production industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B production processes, equipment, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes in the food industry and with CRM programs
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
