Our client, one of the leading distributors of professional equipment used in food and beverage, and ingredients for bakery, pastry and gelato in UAE, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company\'s food and beverages products which are useful for bakery, pasty and gelato. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the food and beverages industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the food and beverages market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverages market, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability and meet sales objectives.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Coach and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a reputed university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the food and beverages industry mainly the ingredients for bakery, pastry and gelato in UAE.
Strong knowledge on the ingredients for bakery, pastry and gelato, including industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
