Identify, approach, and acquire clients in the exhibition, events, and trade show sectors across Dubai, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including event organizers, corporates, and marketing teams.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored exhibition stand solutions, design concepts, and related services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations that align with client expectations and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, fabrication) to ensure seamless project execution.
Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to drive business development.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and brand presence.
Key Accountabilities
Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expansion of client base and repeat business in the region.
Timely follow-up and closure of leads with high conversion rates.
Accurate reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple markets.
Ability to understand technical requirements of exhibition stands and interior fit-outs.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in exhibition stand sales (mandatory).
Experience working across UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
UAE / GCC driving license preferred.
