About Konesseur

We are the new luxury goods resale destination in Dubai, with a flagship store in Al Wasl Road. We offer authenticated designer pieces with trust and transparency. As we launch, we are seeking a Senior Sales Associate with at least 5 years experience on the luxury who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management:

Drive sales by providing a premium, personalized shopping experience. Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, collectors, and fashion enthusiasts. Proactively engage with clients through in-person, phone, and digital channels to generate repeat business.

Luxury Customer Experience:

Offer expert guidance on designer fashion, handbags, watches, and accessories. Provide styling advice and product recommendations tailored to client preferences. Deliver an exceptional in-store and online customer journey that aligns with Konesseur's brand values.

Business Development & Networking:

Identify new sales opportunities and build partnerships with potential consignors and buyers. Attend industry events, fashion shows, and networking gatherings to expand the client base. Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns and promotions.

Product & Inventory Expertise:

Stay informed on current luxury fashion trends, resale market pricing, and designer brand value. Assist in authenticating high-end products and ensuring proper presentation. Collaborate with inventory and merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock availability.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide regular sales reports, client insights, and feedback to leadership. Assist in refining sales strategies based on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or luxury resale.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Skills & Expertise:Deep understanding of luxury brands (Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, etc.) and their resale value.

Strong negotiation and upselling skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and digital outreach strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury resale, personal shopping, or consignment sales is a plus.

Established network of high-net-worth clients and collectors.

Fluency in multiple languages (English, Arabic, French, or Mandarin preferred).
