Senior Sales Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our auditing services. This role requires a proven track record in sales within the auditing or related professional services industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
:Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience within an auditing firm, accounting firm, consulting firm, or other related professional services company.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
