Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior Sales Associate

to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English. You will lead by example, support the shop-in-charge, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets Supervise and guide junior sales staff when required Handle customer complaints or inquiries with a positive attitude Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards Keep updated with product knowledge, stock levels, and promotions Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment Report to Shop In-Charge or Area Manager with daily sales updates Support opening/closing procedures of the store

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of retail sales experience (fashion/perfume/footwear preferred) Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude Presentable, professional, and confident in client interaction Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Team player with leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury or fashion retail Familiar with POS systems and retail KPIs Ability to train and mentor junior staff
