Sales Achievement
: Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales targets and ensuring the store achieves its sales goals.Customer Service
: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing products, while promoting customer loyalty.Mentorship
: Mentor and train junior sales associates, helping them develop their skills and improve their performance.Store Operations
: Oversee daily store operations in the absence of management, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.Sales Strategies
: Implement sales policies and strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.Reporting
