AlFahim HQ is hiring an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Associate with a strong background in fashion or retail. This role is ideal for candidates with proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving store sales, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high service standards are maintained. You'll act as a brand ambassador, delivering knowledgeable and personalised service while assisting customers with product selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Lead by example to drive team performance and sales targets
- Assist in merchandising, stock management, and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and brand offerings
- Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury sales
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Fluent communication in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be currently based in the UAE
