Looking for dynamic and highly organized

Social Media Executive with combination of Executive assistant role and working full time in office.



SMM:Helping team with Facebook and Instagram ads, post and create content. Creative thinking and ideas for growing amount of applies on the website

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and event partners.

Recruiting:

Assist in recruiting and interviewing of events contract staff.

Document Management:

Making reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communication.

Project Management:

Assist in managing special projects, including vendor coordination, event follow-ups, and client relationship management.

Client & Staff Interaction:

Support communication between event staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.

Record Keeping:

Maintain office files, databases, and client/event records, ensuring that all materials are easily accessible and well-organized.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations and timely execution of events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in Social Media Marketing preferably in an event planning*, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders professionally.

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they arise.

Social Media Marketing:

Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, targeting ads.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively and efficiently.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during busy event seasons, and be adaptable to changing priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years in an executive assistant or office support role, preferably in an event planning*, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders professionally.

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they arise.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools (e.g., calendar software, communication tools).

Social Media:

Experience with social media platforms.

Ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively and efficiently.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during busy event seasons, and be adaptable to changing priorities.
