This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about fashion and has a knack for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to a luxurious shopping experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

Offer personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers, showcasing the brand's items effectively. Assist in managing inventory control, including restocking and organizing merchandise. Lead and mentor junior sales assistants to enhance team performance. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement. Handle transactions with precision and maintain an accurate cash register. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product launches to provide informed suggestions to customers. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up communication.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in women's apparel. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with customers. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth. Excellent knowledge of the high-end fashion market. Must have their own client database. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate other team members. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
